Terms and Conditions of Sale
Here at Eleganz, we aim to ensure that you are delighted with all your purchases,
but for your added protection and peace of mind, we have the following Terms and
Conditions of Sale. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Statement of Eleganz
We do not sell or forward any details of our customers to any organisations. The
information that you provide whilst shopping at Eleganz is purely to aid us in providing
great customer service. If you are a regular customer to Eleganz and use our Log
on service, we store the details you submitted in our customer services department
to provide you with the best and most personal service possible. Our priority is
to serve you, not collect data.
If you do not wish us to store any of your personal information on our database,
please email
orders@eleganz.co.nz . To protect your privacy
we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before allowing access
or making corrections to your information. By choosing to visit and shop at Eleganz
any dispute over privacy is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and application
of the law of New Zealand.
Return of Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely situation that you receive an item that is defective or damaged
during delivery we will replace or refund it as soon as possible, but we are unable
to exchange items that have been worn. Please email us at
returns@eleganz.co.nz with the details of the
fault or damage and original order number before returning the item, with its original
packaging, to;
Eleganz, PO Box 3606, Richmond, Nelson 7155, New Zealand.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, this may be exchanged for another
item as long as the packaging is undamaged. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange
items that have been worn, even if it was just to try them on, as nobody likes to
wear hosiery worn by someone else and it contravenes New Zealand Health Regulations.
All returns are at the discretion of Eleganz. To exchange an item please send it
to the above address with the original order number and details of the item you
would like to replace it with. If your replacement is more expensive than the original
item, payment of the additional amount is required before the replacement will be
sent. This can be done online, but please write in the ‘Comment’ box ‘Replacement
for order number *****’.
Email returns@eleganz.co.nz with any queries regarding this
matter.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order please email
orders@eleganz.co.nz as soon as possible with
your original order number and a clear description of which order needs to be cancelled.
If your item has already been dispatched you will need to return the unopened item
within 14 days to receive a full refund.
Delivery
Your order is important and so we dispatch your hosiery items as quickly as possible.
All packages are sent discretely with the return address of Eleganz on the back.
If you are sending an item as a gift and do not want the invoice inside the package,
please clearly indicate this in the ‘Comment’ box when you place your order. A signature
is required for all deliveries.
Below is the cost, in New Zealand dollars, for postage and packaging of your purchases.

If you have not received your hosiery within 21 working days of placing your order,
please email us. We do not compensate for late deliveries.
If your order is particularly urgently, we can try to arrange express courier delivery
at an extra charge. Please email
